It’s hard to stay motivated alone! Let’s get together, practice yoga and meditation and share stories and insights in an enjoyable fashion!

Day Retreat Itinerary (9am-4pm)

9am Vinyasa Yoga

10:30am Snack Break

11am Walking Meditation and Forest Bathing

12pm Tea and Snack Break

12:45pm Seated Guided Meditation with Sound Healing

2pm Satya Circle

3pm Yin Yoga
